Important Reminders:

• Call for Abstracts CLOSED FOR SUBMISSIONS
• Selected abstracts will be notified in late September / early October.
• Prior to submitting, please ensure that speakers/panelists obtain management approval to present onsite at the conference in New Orleans.

Submittal Requirements: 

• Presentation title
• Preferred session format
• Topic category
• Presentation descriptions (shortened version for the conference agenda and then an expanded version for the abstract judges to review)
• 3 learning objectives
• Ideas to make the session interactive
• Speaker information, including a bio and resume 
• Video (highly recommended for new speakers to AESP)
